Cooking Classes are take place in the spring,

late autumn & Winter, on and off premise.

In addition to scheduled classes in l'etoile's kitchen a class can be arranged for groups

of eight or more. Michael does home cooking demonstrations-luncheons and Dinner for

up to fourteen people  in your home in the winter / early spring months
