l'étoile has been sourcing local farms since our doors
opened in the Spring of 1986. Our menus are the result
of the utilization of "in-season" native ingredients
such
as farm-fresh produce & herbs grown at Morning Glory
Farm just up the road.
We get most of our fresh seafood & shellfish from the
surrounding waters through the Net Result seafood
Market in Vineyard Haven. We serve "Signature" oysters
from Katama Bay. They are harvested from waters less
than a mile away and in-season Day Boat Fluke from Menemsha harbor as well as Black Sea
Bass from off of Chappaquiddick Island from a friend who is local fishermen.
